Come as you are.

We’ll start together.

WELCOME. I'm Creseda.

I’m a counselor and psychotherapist who works with adults, from age 18 onward, through life’s many seasons. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, big transitions, or the slow ache of feeling stuck, just come as you are – no need to fix your hair or get fit before you come. I offer a space for you to feel comfortable and supported, and we can start together on the path to you feeling better.
I came to this work after a long and varied career, so I bring not just clinical training, but a lifetime of real-world experience – and I understand how hard it can be to fit therapy into your busy life.

What I Can Help With

You might be here because you’re struggling with:

  • Anxiety or chronic worry
  • Depression or low motivation
  • Trauma or painful past experiences
  • Big life transitions or identity shifts
  • Sleep issues or insomnia
  • Self-worth, self-esteem, or feeling “not enough”
  • Work/Life Balance

Whatever it is, you don’t have to go this alone. I’m here to help you reconnect—with yourself, with your values, and with the life you want to live.

F.A.Q.

Yes, I offer online therapy—also known as Telehealth—for adults anywhere in South Carolina. Sessions are conducted using secure, HIPAA-compliant Zoom-style video. Whether you’re working from home, juggling family responsibilities, or just prefer the comfort of your own space, you can connect with a licensed counselor from wherever you are.

I support individual adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, insomnia, life transitions, and the quiet ache of feeling stuck. As a licensed mental health professional and psychotherapist, I tailor your therapy to what’s most relevant to you—drawing from evidence-based approaches to support your healing and growth.

Yes! I’m currently welcoming new clients for in-person therapy at my Clemson office in Patrick Square, as well as online therapy across South Carolina. If you’re searching for a therapist near Clemson, or a talk therapist offering Telehealth in Pickens, Anderson, Oconee, or Greenville counties, I’d be glad to connect. It may be helpful for you to know that state regulations allow you to connect with a therapist anywhere within South Carolina. This opens up your possibilities to connect with the right therapist!

My approach is warm, person-centered, and grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful tool for healing. My process is collaborative—I’m not here to “fix” you, because you’re not broken. Together, we can transform the programs from your past into lasting strengths and a more connected, fulfilling life. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, and Mindful Self-Compassion.

Finding the right counselor can feel overwhelming. I offer a free 30-minute online or phone consultation so we can talk about what you’re looking for in therapy and whether we feel like a good fit. (If you found me through Psychology Today, you’ll see a 15-minute phone consult option—that’s the only option they offer, but I believe 30 minutes gives us a better chance to connect.) Whether you’re new to therapy or returning, I’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and respect.

Yes, I work with college students and recent grads facing academic stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or big life changes. Having earned two advanced degrees myself, I understand firsthand the pressure and uncertainty higher education can bring. As a therapist in Clemson, I’m close to Clemson University and offer both in-person and online counseling to fit your busy schedule.

These terms are often used interchangeably. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA), which means I’ve completed the clinical training required to provide psychotherapy. People might refer to me as a therapist, counselor, psychotherapist, talk therapist, or mental health professional—they all apply. What matters most is finding someone who feels right to work with.

My fee is $100 per 60-minute session. I do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide you with a superbill you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan. I accept payment by Venmo, PayPal, or personal check. Many clients choose to pay privately for the confidentiality and flexibility it offers.
Yes. As a Certified Medical Support Clinical Hypnotherapist (CMS-CHt), I offer hypnotherapy as an optional, integrated part of therapy for those interested. Hypnotherapy can support work with anxiety, trauma, sleep, self-worth, and more. It’s always your choice whether we include it in your treatment.

It’s easy to reach out. You can use the contact form on my website, email me at cr*****@*****************ca.com, or call 864.558.8554. I’ll get back to you within 48 hours to schedule your free 30-minute consultation and answer any questions. Come as you are—we’ll start together.
